Today marks the end of our Spring into Summer '26 Challenge.

 

Thank you for making these past 12 weeks such a special part of life at TPC. Whether you completed every class or simply found yourself returning to the studio more often than before, we hope the challenge encouraged you to explore new classes, build a routine that worked for you, and enjoy being part of our community.

 

 

What these 12 weeks built?

Spring into Summer wasn't simply just about completing a challenge. These 12 weeks gave you the opportunity to move regularly, explore different classes, and discover a routine that worked for your life. Here's what we truly hope you'll take with you going forward.

A routine that feels realistic.

A good routine isn't one that asks you to be perfect. It's one that fits around work, family, holidays, and everything else life brings. We hope these past 12 weeks helped you discover what that looks like for you.

The studio became part of your week.

You built a rhythm. It involved waking up earlier, booking ahead, rearranging other things to be here. That rhythm is worth more than the class count.

A place that feels familiar.

Over the past 12 weeks, we've seen new faces become familiar ones and our community continue to grow. That's one of the things we're most proud of, and we hope TPC has become somewhere you genuinely enjoy spending part of your week.

 

Just keep going!

While this challenge may be over, we encourage you to keep going. Real change comes from returning, week after week, until movement becomes part of everyday life. Everything you've built over the past 12 weeks deserves to grow long after this challenge has ended.

If you want to feel the full benefits, in the way your body moves, feels, and recovers, 3 to 4 classes a week is where the real change happens. Many of you have already felt this over the past twelve weeks. That's the rhythm worth holding on to.
